Job Description:
A company is looking for a Paralegal and Legal Operations
Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Support corporate governance processes and maintain corporate
records
Assist with securities law compliance and manage contracts and
corporate documents
Drive process improvements and collaborate on cross-functional
projects
Required Qualifications
3-7 years of experience in a similar operations role or as a
paralegal
B.A. or B.S. degree
Familiarity with SEC filings and corporate governance
Experience conducting legal research and reviewing contract
terms
Tech-savviness, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and
Google Suite
