Our client, a leading litigation law firm with offices throughout the Northeast, has an immediate need for a Medical Malpractice Paralegal, to join our winning team in Boston.

Our candidate of choice bring a minimum of two years' experience as a medical malpractice litigation Paralegal. This is a hybrid role!



KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Organizing case documents and files.
Preparing pleadings and forms.
Managing discovery, including subpoenas and authorizations to obtain records.
Completing deposition summaries.
Reviewing medical and employment records.


KEY REQUIREMENTS:

At least 2 - 4 years of prior Medical Malpractice litigation experience.
Excellent academic record.
Strong research and writing skills.
Ability to manage priorities and deadlines.
Proficiency with MS Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Proficiency in PDF software, particularly Nuance Power PDF.
Ability to add Bates-stamping, combine files, separate files, and edit PDFs.
