FainEssential Duties and ResponsibilitiesThe Technical Architect
plays a pivotal role in designing, developing, and implementing
innovative technical solutions that drive business value across our
global manufacturing enterprise. This hands-on position requires
both strategic architectural thinking and practical implementation
expertise across a variety of modern technologies and platforms.The
Technical Architect will:
- Lead architecture and design activities for enterprise-scale
applications using UIPath, Microsoft Fabric, Microsoft Power
Platform, Infor ION, and other key technologies
- Work hands-on throughout the entire development lifecycle from
concept to production deployment
- Collaborate closely with business systems analysts;
cross-functional teams; solution and enterprise architects; to
translate business requirements into robust technical designs
- Apply enterprise architecture methods and best practices to
solution designs
- Provide technical oversight and leadership for both internal
teams and external technical consultants
- Conduct regular code reviews in GitHub to ensure quality,
security, and adherence to standards
- Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation
- Evaluate emerging technologies and identify opportunities for
innovationTechnical Skills Required
- Low-Code/No-Code Platforms: experience with Mendix platform
development and Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power
Automate, Power BI)
- ERP Systems: Experience with ERP systems, Infor M3CE and Infor
ION experience preferred
- CRM Systems: Salesforce experience is a plus, particularly API
and data schema knowledge
- Data & Analytics: experience in Microsoft Fabric, MS SQL, Power
BI, PySpark, and Python for data engineering and analytics
workloads
- Automation: Strong background in business process automation
and RPA technologies like UIPath
- AI/ML: Experience implementing AI/ML solutions in enterprise
environments
- DevOps: Proficiency with Git/GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, and
modern DevOps practices
- Cloud Technologies: Experience with major cloud platforms
(Azure and/or AWS preferred)
- Integration: Knowledge of API design, development, and
integration patternsKey Attributes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology,
or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of experience in enterprise application development
and architecture
- Demonstrable expertise in at least 3 of the required technical
skill areas
- Strong foundation in programming, systems analysis, and
software development practices
- Track record of successfully implementing innovative solutions
and/or
- Contributions to open-source projects or technical community
engagement
- Strong knowledge of various technologies, platforms, and
architectural patterns
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and
tools
- Practical experience and relevant certifications can enhance
qualifications
- Experience in manufacturing or related industries is a
plusPhysical Requirements:
- Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job
functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state
and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or
quantitative productivity standards.
- Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent
with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local
standards
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Must be able to talk, listen and speak clearly on
