Job Description:
A company is looking for a Software Development Team Lead
(Remote - United States).
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the development
team, enhancing coding practices and solution architecture
Lead the team in code development and testing, ensuring quality and
functionality of software solutions
Design and develop new software features while collaborating with
stakeholders to align project objectives
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information
Systems, or a related technical field with at least 5 years of
software development experience
A minimum of one year of team leadership experience
Expertise in object-oriented programming, particularly with C#,
VB.NET, and jQuery
Solid understanding of database design and SQL
Experience with Visual Studio, Azure DevOps, and Git or similar
version control systems
