A company is looking for a Technician, Technical Evaluation.



Key Responsibilities

Perform global technical evaluations and quality control of television programs, ensuring compliance with technical standards
Review and monitor audio tracks to meet global standards, with a strong understanding of various audio formats
Proactively troubleshoot video and audio issues, maintaining communication with relevant departments regarding program status


Required Qualifications

Minimum A.S. Degree in Communications or equivalent, or 4+ years of relevant experience in the media industry
Proficient in HD broadcast video, with knowledge of multiple frame rates, file resolutions, and codecs
Strong understanding of technical tools such as waveform monitors, vectorscopes, and audio meters
Ability to quickly adapt to new technology and workflows, with knowledge of Adobe Suite and audio mixing preferred
Highly organized, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and work effectively with minimal supervision
