A company is looking for a Lead Technical Project Manager (Remote).



Key Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end execution of multiple technical projects, collaborating with product, engineering, design, and business teams
Develop and maintain clear project plans, setting expectations, deadlines, and milestones
Drive effective communication across cross-functional teams, ensuring stakeholder alignment and addressing project roadblocks


Required Qualifications

Proven experience in managing complex software engineering projects, preferably in a fintech or high-growth startup environment
A track record of taking ownership of project plans and delivering results within strict timelines
Deep understanding of agile methodologies and project management best practices
Exceptional organizational skills with a focus on task prioritization and driving deadlines
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
