Your success will require the ability to understand the technical requirements and be able to communicate with technical resource managers and application development managers.

As a project manager, you are expected to the be the primary point of contact in delivering business value for our organization.The day-to-day responsibilities of the role include:Develop project plan and phase documentation, including resource and cost management, test plans, and appropriate monitoring and control activitiesCoordinate the collection and management of business requirementsCollaborate with development managers to plan work scope, resource allocation and schedulesAdhere to governance controls such RACI cards, traceability matrices and toll gate reviews QualificationsThe profile of the project manager includes the following qualities:At least 10 years' experience as a project manager in the financial services industry, preferably bankingProficiency with "tools of the trade" - Confluence, Jira and ServiceNowAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong understanding of the project management framework as espoused by the PMBOK with skilled budget and financial managementStrong communications and stakeholder management skillsAbility to work under limited supervision and to quickly grasp complex problems and provide solutions
