Job Description:

A company is looking for a Technical Training Specialist to coordinate and deliver training materials and instructional courses.



Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deliver training materials and instructional courses for the Student Data Program
Conduct needs analysis and evaluate training effectiveness, recommending solutions for successful adoption
Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts and the program team to ensure timely deliverables and identify risks


Required Qualifications and Education

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Five or more years of experience in instructional design, preferably in large, complex environments
Experience leading and instructing in-person and online classes
Familiarity with data warehouse concepts and business intelligence tools such as Cognos
Experience with Adobe Captivate and other training development tools is preferred
