The Project Manager must manage all factors that determine project success to ensure delivery within time, cost and quality parameters. Client centric is in your DNA and your ability to work with diverse backgrounds and personalities is critical. This role requires strong leadership to work collaboratively with every department - including strategy, design and experience, technology, and data. Success comes via strong overall technical and web development knowledge, experience with various technical platforms and software with a strong background in web project management. In this role, you will focus on projects that have a digital output, such as website design & development, and application development. • Understands full cycle web development projects in Sitecore and Drupal
• Guides projects from inception to completion by facilitating team productivity across all disciplines - using a full scope and breadth of user interaction, design, content, development and production of project towards achievement of goal
• Develops and maintains project schedules, contributing to all of our success by ensuring internal and external teams are aligned
• Consults with web project team to plan, estimate, and manage budget targets to achieve overall goal of on budget delivery
• Manages projects towards reducing and eliminating risk. Anticipating necessary contingency plans and responds mindfully for resolutions
• Continuously communicates with all stakeholders to ensure complete service and delivery expectations
• Manages by proactively addressing potential client issues to minimize customer services issues and to facilitate the effective communication of changes to project scope and structure
• Effectively manages stakeholder relationships for long term opportunities
• Exercises leadership for the team by demonstrating strong work ethics, mature interactions
• Adopt and promote processes and tools that will increase project efficiency among the broader organizationQualifications:
• 3+ years' experience in agency project management that specialize in delivering full scale website redesigns
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Candidate must be detail oriented, organized and an efficient time manager
• Candidate should possess a clear understanding of the principles of Project Management and appropriate methodologies and processes
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication
• Proven ability to meet deadlines and to deliver to budget
• Able to be flexible and tolerate ambiguity while still operating effectively
• Comprehend Functional Requirements and Business documentation
• Emergent understanding of MS Office tools
• Experienced with managing projects utilizing Drupal, Sitecore, Wordpress, or other equivalent CMSThe Perks:
