Job Description:
A company is looking for a Recruitment Partner for a 6-month
fixed-term contract.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end recruitment processes across various levels and
functions
Conduct high-volume phone screens and build talent pipelines
Collaborate with teams to improve recruitment strategies and
processes
Required Qualifications
4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in-house or agency
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding hiring goals
Experience collaborating with global team members and hiring
managers
High-volume recruiting experience across various roles
Sales recruiting experience in a recruitment agency, startup, tech,
or SaaS environment
