Job Description:
A company is looking for a Technical Associate Recruiter to
attract top talent for their engineering team.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, engage, and interview candidates for engineering
positions
Develop and execute creative messaging campaigns for candidates
Conduct initial phone interviews and manage the candidate
experience throughout the recruitment process
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications, or a related field,
or at least 3 years of relevant experience
2+ years of technical recruiting experience, including interviewing
and candidate management
Experience with technical or product recruiting, preferably in
LATAM
Proficiency with candidate management in an ATS (e.g., Lever,
Greenhouse, JazzHR, Ashby)
Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with changing
priorities
