A company is looking for an Inbound Customer Service Agent
(Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Provide product information, registration support, and service
inquiries to GE Appliances owners
Resolve owner issues through troubleshooting, sales, and service
referrals
Maintain accurate owner records and provide feedback to improve
training processes
Required Qualifications
One year of relevant experience in a customer service or sales
environment
Ability to research and analyze data to make informed decisions
Familiarity with web-based systems and multiple software
applications
Ability to work effectively from home with a dedicated workspace
and reliable internet
Computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office Suite
