A company is looking for a Team Leader, Customer Support.
Key Responsibilities

Provide resources and guidance for customers on product usage
Utilize online chat to support incoming customer inquiries
Lead and mentor team members on customer support specialization and career development

Required Qualifications

At least 3 years of experience in a customer service or relevant role
Experience in a B2C technology company is preferred
Experience in a leadership role is preferred
Familiarity with design processes and implementation for technology products is preferred
