Job Description:
A company is looking for a Connect Customer Service Specialist,
fully remote in Michigan.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage customer support inquiries via email and phone, ensuring
timely and professional responses
Recruit and engage prospective community providers, educating them
on the benefits of the platform
Maintain administrative tasks, including data tracking and provider
licensure verification
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent
1+ years of customer service experience, preferably in behavioral
health
Experience supporting customers using a software service
Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a
team-oriented environment
