Job Description:

A company is looking for a Care Concierge Coordinator (Member Experience Rep) to manage therapy requests and advocate for members' needs in a remote setting.



Key Responsibilities

Manage new and existing therapy requests, assessing member treatment needs and collaborating with providers
Advocate for members' needs and assist them in navigating medication options and barriers
Resolve member cases efficiently while maintaining communication with members and providers


Required Qualifications

At least 3 years of experience in healthcare focusing on care coordination or member advocacy
3 or more years of customer service experience, preferably in case management
Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced team environment
High school diploma or GED required; bilingual is a plus
Available for full-time work during specified hours and able to attend onsite training in Hayward, CA
