Market President is a seasoned retail banking executive with a deep
knowledge and understanding of the Greater Boston marketplace. A
dynamic leader with a strategic mindset, strong followership, and
the ability to effortlessly mentor and grow their teams and the
communities in which she/he lives. Strong executive presence with a
voice of confidence and experience (without cockiness or edge),
this executive inspires those around her/him to higher
standards.This executive will have a proven track record of growing
net checking, retail, commercial and wealth deposits, and driving
new client acquisition and units in core banking products including
personal and business credit card, savings, and mortgage and home
equity. She/he truly understands small business banking and its
connectivity to the communities in the Greater Boston
footprint.This executive will have high creative and strategic
thinking capabilities, coupled with the ability to formulate
realistic community and regional business development plans that
grow the retail business in a profitable and efficient manner.
She/he will leverage their knowledge and understanding of retail
banking with a calm, confident demeanor that is open to learning as
well as teaching.The Market President will have experience leading
a large-scale, complex retail financial services business (all
channels) and delivering results in a high-growth environment, all
through her/his ability to influence across the C-Suite, senior
management, her/his teams, peers, and the communities she/he serves
at large.This individual is an exceptional leader with humility and
experience operating within a customer-centric environment, leading
and rethinking what is BAU to consistently improve and evolve TD's
