This outstanding health system in the Central Connecticut area, is actively searching for a RN Educator Surgical RN to contribute to the extensive and busy preoperative service line. Become a part of an amazing facility and help a fabulous community.
The RN Educator OR will collaborate with the OR Manager and Charge RN. This health system is rapidly growing, while providing great care. The RN Educator OR will work with a tenured and dedicated staff to ensure that the operating room is running smoothly. The Educator Surgical RN will be responsible for providing leadership to staff, making sure that patients are receiving the proper standard of care, and providing training for all new staff to the Operating Room. Among duties you'll have are forging and maintaining relationships across staff and departments to ensure the patient care team is supported.
