A company is looking for a Support Analyst (Healthcare Rev
Cycle).
Key Responsibilities:
Support the BackOffice EDI platform and related systems
Manage and monitor EDI activities for timely processing of files
and requests
Provide ongoing application support via various communication
channels for clients
Required Qualifications:
2 years of experience in medical billing (required)
1 year of help desk experience (preferred)
1 year of experience with Windows (preferred)
Knowledge of X12 Healthcare EDI transactions
Understanding of HIPAA and regulatory compliance
