NXStage EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
1 year or more CURRENT Dialysis experience - Required
Copy of Current, Valid Driver License - Required
Geriatric patient experience - Required
1 Supervisory Signed Reference (from within the past two years of
employment)
BLS , RN NY State license
