Job SummaryWe're seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Home Health Aide to provide exceptional patient care in the comfort of their own homes. As a valued member of our team at CareConnect, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and safety of our clients.Key Responsibilities

• Personal Care: Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Companionship: Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and their families.
• Medication Administration: Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals.
• Vital Sign Monitoring: Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes or concerns to medical personnel.
• Environmental Safety: Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.Requirements
  • Certified Personal Care Assistant (PCA) or Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) certification.
  • Understanding of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality.
  • Ability to cook simple meals and perform light housekeeping duties as needed.
  • Satisfactory completion of New York State Health Department-approved HHA Training Program or equivalency.
  • Demonstrated adequate literacy and simple arithmetic skills.
