Job Summary:
This role provides direct clinical patient care, assessing, planning, and implementing care to assigned patients on a per-shift basis. The successful candidate will also supervise staff, ensuring appropriate care is delegated, and support the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) in ensuring high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care, competency of clinical staff, and effective resource management.
Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care to assigned patients
• Supervise staff to ensure delegated care is appropriate
• Support CNO in ensuring high-quality nursing care and competency of clinical staff
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills to serve as a role model and advocate for nursing
  Qualifications:
  
  • Graduated from a state-approved school of nursing or an accredited school
  • Preferred: Academic degree in nursing (bachelor's or master's degree)
    Certifications:
    
    • Currently licensed, certified, or registered to practice profession as required by law, regulation, or policy; CPR
