As an ICU RN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care to critically ill patients and their families.Responsibilities:1. Patient CareProvide individualized, outcome-oriented nursing care through the nursing process.2. Medication AdministrationAdminister medications, complete medication reconciliation, and document narcotic withdrawal and administration accurately.3. Plan of CareDevelop, discuss, and communicate a prioritized problem list/plan of care for each patient.4. Safety and QualityVerify patient identification, adhere to hand hygiene guidelines, and maintain a safe environment.5.
