Job Summary
Troy Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing seeks a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) to join our team. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents, ensuring their dignity, comfort, and well-being. Responsibilities
- Observe residents and report any health issues to the supervising nurse
- Participate in the personal care of residents, including bathing, shaving, and maintaining hygiene
- Assist with meal preparation, serving, and documenting food/fluid intake
- Transport residents within the facility, promoting their mobility and independence
- Maintain confidentiality of all resident and facility data

Requirements
- Ability to work effectively as a team member
- Successful completion of a CNA program
- Current CNA State Certification
- Good standing with the State Registry
