• Provide comprehensive treatment to patients under the supervision of a PT according to state practice guidelines
• Assist PT in identifying appropriate patients and referring them to rehab accordingly
• Document patient's progress on weekly progress note in an accurate and timely fashion
• Complete all required documentation as indicated and according to state guidelines
