Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Granville Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents and contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.Key Responsibilities:

• Observe residents and report any health issues to the supervising nurse.
• Assist with personal care, including bed baths, shaving, and other hygiene needs.
• Set up meal trays and document food and fluid intake.
• Feed residents and serve nutritional supplements.
• Maintain a clean and tidy residents' space.
• Transport residents within the facility.
• Prevent bedsores by turning bedridden residents.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident and facility data.Requirements:
  • Ability to work as a team member.
  • Successful completion of a CNA program.
  • Current CNA state certification.
