Job Description:

Delmar Center is hiring a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) in Delmar, NY.

We offer a $3,500 sign-on bonus for a limited time and a base rate of $15.2-$16.72 with shift differentials.

Duties:

• Observe residents
• Report health issues to the supervising nurse
• Provide personal care, including bed baths and hygiene
• Set up meal trays and document food/fluid intake
• Feed residents and serve nutritional supplements
• Keep residents' spaces clean and tidy
• Transport residents within the facility
• Prevent bedsores by turning bedridden residents
• Maintain confidentiality of resident and facility data
  Requirements:
  
  • Work effectively as a team member
  • Successful completion of a CNA program
  • Current CNA State Certification
  • Good standing with the State Registry
