*Associate Clinical Director - Supportive Housing - $70k-$80k annual salary!! *Our client is a mission-driven *housing organization* dedicated to providing safe, stable, and *supportive housing* for individuals and families facing homelessness, mental health challenges, and chronic conditions. We are seeking an experienced and compassionate *Associate Clinical Director - Supportive Housing* to help lead their dynamic team. This individual will provide clinical and programmatic leadership across our supportive housing programs, ensuring the delivery of *high-quality services* to residents with complex needs. The ideal candidate has a strong background in housing services, team leadership, and behavioral health support systems.

*Key Responsibilities:*
* Provide clinical oversight and leadership to multidisciplinary teams across supportive housing sites
* Supervise program staff, including case managers and clinicians, to ensure effective service delivery and compliance with organizational policies
* Monitor resident progress and ensure services are trauma-informed, strengths-based, and culturally competent
* Collaborate with external partners, service providers, and funders to coordinate care and maintain program integrity
* Assist in developing and implementing policies, procedures, and quality improvement initiatives
* Support crisis intervention and clinical case consultations
* Maintain accurate documentation and support data collection for reporting and evaluation

*Required Qualifications:*
* Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Human Services, Psychology, or a related field
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in supportive housing or related housing services
* Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience in a human services or clinical setting
* Knowledge of housing systems, behavioral health, and harm reduction practices
* Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

*Preferred Qualifications:*
* Master's degree in Social Work, Public Administration, Mental Health Counseling, or related field
* Experience working with individuals with mental health and/or substance use needs
* Bilingual abilities are a plus
