Key Responsibilities

Lead strategic planning and customer segmentation initiatives to
optimize retention
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in CRM, retention, and subscription
programs
Deep knowledge of customer segments and direct marketing
strategies
Hands-on expertise in managing CRM and marketing platforms
Proven leadership experience in driving subscription growth
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or a related
field
