A company is looking for a Director of Business Development, Enterprise Shuttles (Construction).
Key Responsibilities

Source and build relationships with key decision-makers in target verticals to position the company as a trusted provider for group transportation services
Design and implement strategic outbound sales motions tailored to enterprise-level clients, ensuring alignment with growth initiatives
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing, including navigating complex procurement processes and securing long-term contracts

Required Qualifications

5+ years of proven experience in enterprise sales, preferably in transportation, construction, or related industries
Proven ability to manage long sales cycles and close deals with a value of $500k+ in annual revenue
Experience in navigating complex sales processes, including RFP submissions and negotiating MSAs with large organizations
Strong skills in building rapport with stakeholders at multiple levels within target organizations
Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively
