Job Description:
A company is looking for an Account Growth Manager (Remote).
Key Responsibilities:
Track incremental growth by producing reports and tracking trends
regularly
Collaborate with the Customer Success team to report on expansion
opportunities and optimize processes
Identify and implement tools or processes to automate tracking and
streamline workflows
Required Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or
Revenue Operations, preferably in a B2B marketing, SaaS, or agency
environment
Strong analytical skills to track incremental revenue and identify
growth opportunities
Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and reporting
dashboards
Ability to influence without direct authority and ensure adherence
to best practices
Proactive mindset focused on efficiency and process improvement
