As a(n) Senior Director(Product, Data & Analytics)
you will:
This role requires someone who's highly skilled and experienced
leader with deep knowledge of healthcare data systems, analytics
platforms, and the healthcare industry's unique challenges. They
will also be working closely with cross-functional teams, including
data, engineering, clinical stakeholders, and business leaders, to
build innovative analytical solutions that leverage data to drive
impactful outcomes. Needs to have at least a Bachelor's degree;
Strong Stakeholder management experience;
Ability to work in an Agile environment;
Needs to have the ability to build data products within
healthcare
It would also be ideal if this candidate had experience working
with Epic, Snowflake, Tableau (or other data visualization
tools);
Along with Machine Learning/AI/Predictive Analytics as applied in
the healthcare space
Responsibilities will include:Partner closely with business and
product leaders to define the vision and roadmap for data products
that enhance clinical, operational and financial outcomes
Work with business leaders across H+H to prioritize investments in
high impact data products
Lead, mentor and grow a high-performing product management team
Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within
the product and cross-functional teams
Build a career development path to support the growth of the
product management team
Establish best practice standards and processes to continue
maturing the product management practices at H+H
Stay informed on trends in healthcare technology, data management
and analytics. Advocate for and drive adoption of industry trends
that will be valuable to H+H
Ensure the product management team can successfully lead the
end-to-end product lifecycle, from discovery to launch
Build deep relationships with our business partners and understand
the core problems that we can solve for them through leveraging
data and analytical tools
Define and track key product metrics to assess product performance,
adoption and impact. Leverage data to drive decisions on product
iterations
Provide operational and product updates on a regular cadence to
Data & Analytics team leadership
EDUCATIONAL LEVEL:Bachelor's Degree in healthcare or related field.
Advanced degree (MBA, MPH or equivalent) preferred.
KNOWLEDGEABLE IN:Experience building data products within
healthcare Proven ability to lead and inspire teams and manage
stakeholders effectively
Experience working with cross-functional teams and executive
leadership to align on product vision and strategy
Ability to strategize in the longer term while balancing short term
delivery
Demonstrated success in developing roadmaps and delivering complex
data products at scale.
Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to
convey complex concepts to various audiences, including senior
leaders, clinical teams and technical teams
Experience working in an agile environment
PREFERRED SKILLS:Experience with Epic, Snowflake, Tableau or other
data visualization tools
Experience in machine learning, AI and predictive analytics as
applied in the healthcare space
Familiarity with cloud platforms and data technologies
Experience in leading data product transformation in large, complex
organizations
The ideal candidate will have: 10 + years of experience

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $100- $105 pr hr
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on
several factors, including the candidate's education, work
experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications,
etc.
