(Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Manage delivery of breakout sessions, scheduling, speaker
preparation, and on-site logistics
Communicate deliverables and deadlines with session content owners
to ensure results
Develop content status reports and post-event surveys to share
insights for future planning
Required Qualifications
10+ years of content marketing experience
Experience with event content management platforms
Ability to manage high volume projects and collaborate with
multiple stakeholders
Understanding of event industry content delivery trends and best
practices
Expected travel: 20%, may fluctuate based on business needs
