A company is looking for a Human Resources Program Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Execute organizational-wide programs that support the goals of the
People function
Define project scope, deliverables, and timelines while tracking
progress through regular updates
Collaborate with team members to document best practices and
communicate effectively with stakeholders
Required Qualifications
At least five years of experience in program management within the
HR or people function
A strategic mindset with a proven ability to translate strategy
into effective project plans
Experience in leading end-to-end program and change management
efforts across multiple functions
Proactive approach to turning ideas into action and problems into
opportunities
Ability to thrive in a creative, fast-paced environment with
ambiguity and complexity
