Job Description:

A company is looking for a Community Marketing Manager to foster relationships and build an engaged community within the gaming sector.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and scale community presence on various platforms like Discord, Twitch, and social media
Create and execute campaigns and events to drive player engagement and retention
Act as the voice of the community, ensuring player feedback influences product updates

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in community management, preferably in gaming or crypto
Deep expertise in community platforms and understanding of audience behaviors
Strong knowledge of crypto and Web3 trends and technologies
Proven success in content marketing and moment marketing strategies
Ability to manage multiple initiatives while ensuring high-quality execution
