Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager, Provider Service to enhance
provider relationships and improve operational processes.
Key Responsibilities
Focus on enhancing Provider Experience to ensure scalable and
sustainable service delivery
Lead a team of Provider Satisfaction Specialists and oversee
off-shore vendor operations
Manage inbound and outbound Provider Call Center experiences and
monitor performance metrics
Required Qualifications
Previous experience in a Health Plan environment
Proven experience in Provider Services and Call Centers
Demonstrated people leadership with direct reports
Knowledge of Medicare Advantage
Experience managing and training offshore teams
