project managers and/or project executives in the execution of a
wide range of building and site development projects. Projects may
range from small tenant renovations to ground up construction of
new buildings. Ideal candidates will have 2-5 years of experience
in at least one of the following areas: building design,
construction, facilities management. This role will include
preparing and monitoring project budgets and schedules, organizing
project meetings, preparing agendas and meeting minutes, and will
be responsible for maintaining project files. This role will be
teamed with a more senior project management professional that will
provide guidance and support in all areas but will also have the
ability to take on responsibility for directly managing elements of
a project with direct client contact.The position will be based at
our Boston office but will also include site visits to projects and
client sites within the New England Region, primarily within the
greater Boston area. There is some flexibility for at-home
work.Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is expected.
Proficiency in PowerPoint, Adobe, and MS Project are a plus and
will be required soon after hire.Location: On-site - Boston, MAIf
