About the Role:We are seeking a talented and driven Business
Development Director to join our growing team at Envision Horizons.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading our expansion
strategies and identifying new business opportunities. You'll work
closely with key stakeholders to build strategic partnerships,
drive revenue, and establish Envision Horizons as a leading Amazon
agency. This role is crucial to scaling our operations and creating
long-term value for the company.Salary: $130k-$150k + commission &
bonus opportunitiesLocation: US-based, Fully RemoteWhat You'll
Do:
- Lead the sales and client success teams, implementing processes
to drive performance.
- Attend industry conferences and collaborate with marketing on
thought leadership content.
- Collaborate with marketing on lead qualification and outbound
marketing strategies.
- Manage the CRM (Pipedrive) to maximize sales efforts.
- Establish lead generation through strategic partnerships for
company growth.
- Build and nurture partnerships with Amazon teams and other key
stakeholders.
- Develop relationships with referral partners and complementary
business solutions.
- Identify new revenue channels through strategic
partnerships.
- Oversee contract negotiations with the VP of Operations to
ensure profitability.
- Work with the VP of Growth on sales development and new service
positioning.
- Contribute to senior leadership discussions with insights on
strategy and client needs.
- Adapt to business priorities and support client needs with a
hands-on approach.
- Represent the company on social platforms, webinars, and
podcasts.
- Develop pitch decks for audits, webinars, and speaking
engagements.What You Bring:
- 5+ years leading sales teams with a track record of hitting
targets.
- 2+ years in marketing agencies.
- Proven success in driving business leads and signing
clients.
- Strong communication skills and client relationship
management.
- Analytical mindset with expertise in interpreting complex
data.
- Proficient in Excel and data analysis tools.
- Proactive, results-driven, and focused on meeting client
