Job Description:
A company is looking for a Junior Security Engineer who
possesses expertise in cloud environments.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with internal teams to assess security risks and deliver
secure solutions through threat modeling and code review
Assist in implementing the application security program and provide
guidance on security architecture for cloud products
Test web applications for vulnerabilities and participate in
incident management and compliance programs
Required Qualifications
3+ years of industry experience with SOC 2, PCI, HIPAA compliance
ownership
Knowledge of security best practices within AWS and other cloud
providers
Experience with systems auditing and monitoring for compliance with
security policies
Understanding of security concepts related to web applications and
cloud services
Technical knowledge of common security vulnerabilities and
network/security maintenance tasks in cloud environments
