Job Description:
A company is looking for a Lead Salesforce Engineer to oversee a
team of engineers while engaging in both engineering and
architectural responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Lead a team of engineers, focusing on delivering high-quality work
and upskilling junior members
Engage in hands-on engineering tasks while also managing
architectural responsibilities
Promote modern engineering practices and hold team members
accountable for their work
Required Qualifications
Deep knowledge of Salesforce CRM, including experience with
Lightning and Apex
Proficiency in Java and familiarity with custom connections to REST
endpoints and Kafka
Experience in a leadership role, particularly in guiding and
mentoring engineers
Strong engineering mindset with a focus on collaborative and
accountable team dynamics
Ability to model and implement modern engineering practices over
traditional methods
