Job Description:
A company is looking for a Professional Services Engineer to
provide technical solutions and support to clients.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the implementation and configuration of solutions within
client environments
Collaborate with clients to understand their technical needs and
create customized solutions
Analyze log files and troubleshoot complex issues, coordinating
with support and engineering teams
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
7+ years of experience in Solutions Architect, Delivery Manager, or
Professional Services roles in Cybersecurity and DLP
Experience with DLP solutions such as Forcepoint, Symantec, or
McAfee DLP
Strong technical background in SaaS-based security and endpoint
technologies
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or equivalent
experience
Practical knowledge of MacOS and Windows ecosystems
