Job Description:

A company is looking for a ServiceNow IT Operations Management Solution Engineer.



Key Responsibilities

Design and implement ServiceNow ITOM and Event management solutions aligned with ITSM best practices
Configure and customize ServiceNow ITOM to meet business requirements, including workflows and data models
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical support for solutions


Required Qualifications

Strong knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and its configuration options
Understanding of IT service management (ITSM) and IT operations management (ITOM) principles
Experience with CMDB and Provisioning practices
Proficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript, Python, and PowerShell
Familiarity with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban
