Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Packaging Engineering Manager,
Hard Goods.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the creation and development of packaging designs that meet
functional, durable, aesthetic, and cost-effective criteria
Evaluate and select appropriate materials for packaging to ensure
product safety, quality, and sustainability
Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure
packaging standards are met throughout development and production
cycles
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Packaging Engineering, Materials Science,
Mechanical Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree
preferred
7+ years of experience in packaging engineering, focusing on
design, development, and project management
Proficiency in CAD software and packaging design tools
Strong understanding of packaging materials, processes, and
industry standards
Proven leadership abilities with the capability to influence
without authority
