in-person collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work
onsite due to the nature of this particular role, it will be
performed full-time on site. This means work will be conducted on
location at a BAE Systems facility 100% of the
time.Responsibilities may include -
Support production, with
troubleshooting and debug of electro-mechanical assemblies, working
directly with technicians and design engineering personnel.Support
systems engineering with debug and evaluation of system
returns.Provides technical advice and assistance to engineers in
the development or modification of electronic assemblies and
sub-assemblies in the MW factory.Develop process improvements in
all work cells of the manufacturing factory to improve quality,
cost and schedule.Manually debug complex microwave assemblies and
sub-assemblies in support of production and engineering prototyping
efforts.Required Education, Experience, & Skills
Bachelor's degree in electrical
engineeringAt least 4 years test engineering, troubleshooting and
debugging experience on electromechanical assembliesExperience
working with electrical and electro-mechanical and basic
electronics. Candidate should be familiar with test equipment,
oscilloscopes, multi-meters, spectrum analyzers, network analyzers
and signal generatorsFamiliarity with test equipment and
calibration processProficient utilizing modern programming
languages (e.g. C++)Exhibit sound interpersonal skills interfacing
with company personnel at all levels, customers and
suppliersAbility to work independently and be effective in a fast
paced environmentPreferred Education, Experience, & Skills
Currently active secret security
clearanceTesting experience with automated and manual bench test
stands.RF, digital and analog test experience.Experience working
within a DoD environment.Pay InformationFull-Time Salary Range:
$92290 - $156860Please note: This range is based on our market pay
structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a
variety of factors including, but not limited to: business
considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as
well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and
