This Specialist, Digital Marketing Operations role will support the
Digital Growth & Retention team at CHANEL's New York City
headquarters, with a primary focus on operational and project
management excellence. This individual will play a vital role in
planning, coordination, and execution of retention-focused programs
within Direct Mail, Sampling, and Email Marketing. As the
Specialist, Digital Marketing Operations you will excel at project
management, cross-functional collaboration, demonstrate a strong
passion for forecasting and inventory management, and bring
meticulous attention to detail. An agile problem solver, you thrive
in dynamic environments and are energized by executing seamless
initiatives that enhance the client experience. The ideal candidate
has at least two years of experience in digital marketing,
operations and/or project management, curiosity engaging and
fostering client loyalty, and a collaborative mindset that thrives
in dynamic team environment. What impact you can create at CHANEL
Planning: Direct Mail & Sampling Develop and execute comprehensive
direct mail plans, including new campaign launches, loyalty
initiatives, and client gifting, in collaboration with Owned
Retail, Marketing, and Client Analytics teams Optimize sampling
strategies by aligning assortments with business goals, ensuring
inventory readiness for campaigns, launches, checkout, and ad-hoc
programming Actively participate in monthly forecast meetings,
partnering with cross-functional teams such as Product Marketing,
Supply & Demand Chain Planning, and Project Management to support
robust campaign execution Oversee forecasting processes and ensure
all direct mail and sampling orders align with annual budgets and
activation timelines Maintain accurate order receipts and
documentation to enable timely activation of campaigns Operations:
Direct Mail & Sampling Manage inventory files, allocate samples
effectively, and coordinate direct mail delivery schedules with
Operations, Demand Planning, and third-party vendors Maintain and
update checkout sample calendars, collaborating with Fulfillment
and Retail teams to ensure smooth activation processes Regularly
audit product setups to ensure accurate SKU representation, proper
on-site rendering, and inventory availability Drive creative
production for mailer collateral by gathering requirements and
coordinating with external and internal partners Partner with
Client Insights to identify and create segment criteria within CDP
- Client Data Platform Analyze direct mail and sampling
performance, leveraging insights to optimize future efforts and
enhance ROI and client engagement Track and process applicable
invoices, while keeping budget tracker updated Digital
Communication / Email Marketing Project Management Serve as the key
liaison for email marketing campaigns, ensuring assets are
received, deliverables are submitted, and campaigns are launched on
schedule Coordinate between vendors, digital pillars, and
cross-functional teams to manage campaign build-outs, dynamic
modules, and tracking needs Conduct thorough QA checks across
devices to ensure accurate rendering, functionality, and user
experience Track project roadmaps, capture meeting minutes,
document requirements, and proactively manage timelines and

proficiency in Excel, including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and data
analysis Proficiency in CRM and data platform tools; Salesforce
experience is a plus A detail-oriented approach, with strong
critical thinking and problem-solving skills Passion for digital
ecommerce and proactive drive to learn and grow Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills, with a team-oriented,
collaborative mindset Relevant experience in Operations and Project
Management preferred Position Logistics: Position is based in New
York City, with a hybrid work model requiring three days on-site at
the CHANEL office A minimum of 2 years of experience in CRM,
Marketing, Operations or Project Management, must have digital
eCommerce experience Advanced proficiency in Excel with Inventory
Management and/or Planning experience required Bachelor's degree in
Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not
required *Chanel, Inc. reserves the right to edit, change, or make

appropriate. Compensation : The anticipated base salary range for
this position is $58,200 through $90,000 . Base salary is one
component of the total compensation for this position. Other forms
of variable pay [may/will] be offered for this position. Other
