  • Enrollment Strategy Development: Designing and implementing lead generation initiatives, events, and partnerships to attract potential students and expand program visibility.
  • Event and Campaign Management: Organizing events and workshops aimed at engaging parents and students, and collaborating with the marketing team to create and disseminate enrollment campaigns and materials.
  • Enrollment Process Improvement: Working with the sales team to ensure smooth lead-to-enrollment transitions, and analyzing enrollment data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.What you will NOT be doing
    • An admission officer role sorting through students' applications
    • Managing existing enrollments; this role is focused on generating new ones
    • Hands-off planning; this role requires implementation and engagement with stakeholdersKey responsibilities
      • Increased student enrollments through the strategic development and implementation of innovative enrollment strategies, events, and partnerships.Candidate requirements
        • University degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
        • Currently based in North America, South America, or Europe.
        • Demonstrated experience in enrollment management, lead generation, or similar, in the educational sector.
        • Proven ability to ideate and execute innovative strategies for lead generation and enrollment.
