As a result of continued company growth, we are looking to add a Senior Accountant to our fast-paced Accounting Department. The qualified individual will be self-motivated, enthusiastic, organized, detailed oriented, reliable and trustworthy with confidential information.

The Senior Accountant will:

Manage operational data and ensuring data integrity and accuracy
Ensure accurate and timely reporting and submissions
Create and manage various financial schedules
Assist in the preparation of data used in audits
Weekly and monthly reconciliations of various general ledger accounts
Work with the Controller on month-end close, reporting and various filing requirements
Weekly and monthly reconciliations of various general ledger accounts
Prepare relevant reports for management as needed
Cover for other accounting team members in back-up role for vacation and/or when workload requires

Requirements:

Detailed oriented
Strong organizational and time management skills
Must meet strict deadlines
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
Minimum two to three years accounting experience
Sage 300/Timberline software experience a plus
Construction industry experience a plus
