Job Description:
A company is looking for an IT Operations Coordinator to enhance
employee onboarding and support IT projects.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the IT onboarding experience for new employees, ensuring they
have the necessary tools and support
Gather feedback from new hires and collaborate with teams to
improve the onboarding process
Coordinate small IT projects and assist with day-to-day IT tasks,
including troubleshooting and equipment organization
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in IT, onboarding, or IT-coordination
roles

Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain smooth
operations
